A Weekend in St. Louis

It’s easy to spend a weekend in St. Louis. There is a TON of good places to eat. These delicious tacos were from a hip little joint called “Mission Taco” and they have several different locations around the city. The variety of tacos plus the atmosphere made for the perfect spot to enjoy lunch or dinner! The beef empanadas are a must try, they were so good they were eaten before a photo was taken!

If you have a sweet tooth you have to check out this adorable bakery The Sweet Divine. You’ll love the irresistible sweet smell and the unique cupcakes. Plus you can take a insta worthy photo on their pink couch with the Cake sign in the background!

Cupcakes not your thing? Well you need to try Clementines Naught and Nice Creamery. Clementines was voted by Oprah Magazine in 2019 as America’s “Sexiest Ice Cream” and made the O-List. They have vegan, alcohol-infused and regular handmade ice cream options and they sell by scoops or pints! If you’re there on a beautiful Missouri day, they also have patio seating.

Union Station is an old train station in St. Louis. It is a home to the St. Louis Aquarium, The Wheel, Ropes course, Mirror Maze, Carousel, Mini Golf and 6 restaurants! Tickets for these attractions can be bought online or at Union Station. In the middle of all the attractions there is a pond with fish that you can purchase food for and there is plenty of seating so you can watch the fire show that happens every hour from 12pm-9pm!

You’ll definitely need to visit the Gateway Arch National Park while you’re in town. This 630 foot arch is breathtaking and a perfect photo opportunity. The park is open from 9am-6pm daily. There are sidewalk paths to stroll or you can bring a blanket and enjoy a picnic in their grass areas. The Museum under the arch is free for visitors but if you aren’t afraid of heights you can purchase tickets to the top of the arch!
