Ace Coffee
Ace Coffee is one of the newest additions to Cave City and is already so well loved. The baristas always serve us up delightful cups of coffee and tea, and every bite of food we’ve had has been SO tasty. We will list some of our favorite items below!
All the thoughtful detail that has gone into the shop’s design is amazing. The building was originally Ace Theater from the 1930s to 50s and was restored into Ace Coffee. Throughout the shop are vintage items that nod to Mammoth Cave National Park and historic Cave City, plants, gold-rimmed plates, interesting items for sale, and books EVERYWHERE. Even the bathrooms are great. Oh, and their logo? The owner’s cat was used as inspiration!
They frequently host events, inside and out, that can be found on their social media.

- The Loaded Hummus (this might be our favorite food item!)
- A Lavender & Mint Tea with a splash of coconut milk
- A Cappuccino made with local Legacy Dairy Milk
- A Spooky Matacha (this is a seasonal fall item and SO good)
- An Acai Bowl
- Take a Hike Wrap
- A Buddaha Bowl with Hummus
- The Quiche (changes daily but we love the Hot Brown that is in the rotation)
They’re open every day and we highly recommend checking them out. It perfectly pairs with a Mammoth Cave National Park exploration.
