Aloy Mak Thai Restaurant

We don’t often have regrets. But we recently left Aloy Mak so full that we did not try their mango sticky rice for dessert. That decision has haunted us.

Will we probably drive over an hour just to Liberty, Kentucky to fix this mistake soon? Yes, we probably will.

Why were we full you ask? We couldn’t decide between the egg rolls and the fresh spring rolls, so we ordered them both! Then we had green curry and pineapple rice for our entrees and yes, we ate it all. Every vegetable, every grain of rice, every ounce of that delicious curry, all gone. There was a small smidge of the peanut sauce remaining, but that was all.

We so appreciated the flavors and the attention to detail that everyone on staff exhibited. We had called ahead and they even had our drinks waiting at the table for us when we arrived. It’s those little touches that make fans out of us!!

We can’t recommend Aloy Mak enough. If you’re up for a road trip into rural Kentucky for authentic Thai cuisine, this is the place for you.
