Big Island Coffee Roasters

Our favorite coffee while visiting Hawaii was from Big Island Coffee Roasters in Hilo. The Salted Honu Latte was so good, we returned for more. They are Hawaii’s most awarded craft coffee roaster working with farmers from across the state. Small batch, handcrafted, sustainable, everything you want to hear – and it shows. In the cafe we also tried one of their espresso bites which is like a bar of chocolate, but espresso. If you’re wanting a bite to eat, the Hawaiian style PB&J with macadamia and liliko’i butters was super tasty. Check them out as your road trip fuel and maybe even snag a bag of beans to take with you.
