Broadmoor Seven Falls

Located in a beautiful box canyon, the Broadmoor Seven Falls is often referred to as “The Grandest Mile of Scenery in Colorado”. The majestic Seven Falls is the only waterfall in Colorado to make National Geographic’s list of international waterfalls.

Situated at the base of Seven Falls, Restaurant 1858 is inspired by the Colorado Gold Rush. You walk from the park entrance to the restaurant, which is about a mile. If you are staying at the Broadmoor, there is a shuttle to the restaurant. The restaurant specializes in trout, which is prepared seven ways. The four of us each had trout, we couldn’t pick a favorite. After dinner, we walked out to take a closer look at Seven Falls, which is lit beautifully at night.

There is an admission fee to the park – even if you are going to the restaurant. There is no parking at Seven Falls if you aren’t staying at the Broadmoor. There is a free shuttle that leaves from and returns to Norris Penrose Event Center, which is centrally located in Colorado Springs.
