Ceramic Wisdom

We recently found the Ceramic Wisdom Workshop while visiting Shelbyville‘s Celebration of Lights. They have a lovely workshop set up for pottery lessons, plus they sell many of their creations. 

From candlesticks to jingle bells made of clay, mugs, and more – they have beautiful items for gifting. Each item is molded and fired by hand by one of Ceramic Wisdom’s resident artists. This makes a fantastic chance to get your hands dirty and make something unique with a friend or loved one. Open by appointment, Ceramic Wisdom is located at 401 6th Street in Shelbyville’s historic downtown.
