Clayton's Bistro - Roadtripzee

Clayton’s Bistro made for a lovely breakfast spot during our time on Coronado Island. The French style bistro had great vibes. We sat on the back patio among the beautifully planted herbs. Sol was our incredible server. So kind and made great recommendations.

We started off with the special Dubai Chocolate Latte and Matcha Latte – we would recommend both if they are on their seasonal menu. To eat we had the Egg, Spinach, Tomato, and Parmesan Sandwich that came on an everything croissant with garlic aioli, and the Dutch Baby Pancake with lemon curd and fruit. This Dutch Baby was FANTASTIC. We loved the addition of the lemon curd, but if that isn’t your thing we think it would be just as delicious without.
