Cobalt: The Restaurant

Just inside the Bayou St. John at Perdido Pass, sits Cobalt: The Restaurant.

We did not realize that arriving in January before 7 PM would afford us a few perks, but boy it did. We enjoyed one entrée on their sunset menu, priced, just under regular dinner entries. Plus we chose one entrée from their temporary Belgian menu.

Evidently, it is a tradition at cobalt to offer small international menus in addition to the regular offerings during shoulder season. 

It’s obvious stress that details matter here to the team they built everything was top-notch and delicious. And the views of Perdido Pass? Beautiful.
