Collective Coffee

Collective Coffee in downtown McKinney, Texas, was such a lovely stop on our trip. It was clear how well-loved this spot is – despite the pouring rain on the Saturday morning we visited, the shop was bustling and full of people.

Before popping into the local shops around town, we settled in with a cappuccino, “The Kentucky” (a latte with toasted caramel and sea salt), and a tiramisu croissant. Everything was top-tier.

We even tried to return the next day before our flight, only to learn they open a bit later on Sundays (a good thing to note if you’re planning your visit).

If you’re looking for a great cup of coffee paired with friendly service in McKinney, The Collective Coffee is definitely worth a stop.
