Dalaya Thai Cuisine

A tourism friend had highly recommended Dalaya when he knew we would be near Sylva. 

Their fearless chef who was just nominated as a 2024 Southeast Semi-Finalist for the James Beard Best Chef Award. KANLAYA “GUN” SUPACHANA’s restaurant and food are inspired by growing up in Northern Thailand – so this is not necessarily the Thai food you normally encounter. Be prepared for authentic Thai, not adjusted for American tastes. As you can see, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the food is beautiful. We hope you enjoy eating with them as much as we did.
