At Hopkinsville Brewing Company we got to meet and hang out for a while with one of the owners, so this might not be an experience that everyone has – but she explained all of the hows and whys of what they brew. Her passion for their work was infectious. We were there on a quiet afternoon, but their venue is large and looks like it is often filled with fun.
