Jacks Fork River

Within the Ozarks, on the Ozark National Scenic Riverways, Jacks Fork River was easily accessible to us from our campground in Eminence. We fished and enjoyed the peacefulness of the spring-fed waters surrounded by geological features. When visiting, keep your eyes open for the four different species of crayfish and your lines ready for the 40 different species of fish. Jam Cave is another notable feature nearby – it is not actually a cave, but a natural tunnel that a creek flows through.

Highly recommend making this river, which runs through the community, a stop when you visit.
