Lake Liberty

Do you love to paddle peacefully through still waters and traipse through the woods? Then Lake Liberty is the perfect spot for both. This 88 acre lake is perfect for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. The one mile Lake Liberty Trail also provides some spectacular views of the lake as it runs along the edge of the water meeting the land. 

Just so you know: 

• Combustion propelled watercraft and swimming are not allowed on the lake
• Lake Liberty is open for public use from 6 am to 11 pm, seven days a week
• The trail is open to leashed pets
• The lake and trailhead are both at the end of Lake Liberty Street, just off KY70, in Liberty, Kentucky
