Lou’s Fish House

Man oh man, do we know now why Lou’s smoked fish is world-famous. The entire place was neat, clean, well-stocked and you could definitely tell they have made the commitment to do a few things and do them well. 

The variety of smoked fish was wide. Our personal favorites were the sugar maple smoked trout and the pepper smoked steelhead. While we were there, and indecisive, there were many customers that came and went quickly – knowing exactly what they were there for. They were now obviously part of their fan base, that we now completely understand. 

They do have a couple of outdoor tables for you to have a quick meal of fish and cheese.  

PS – they do also sell sleeves of crackers!
