Oku
Oku is Santa Barbara’s oceanfront sushi restaurant. We were able to snag Saturday night reservations on our most recent visit. The place was lively – it was obvious it is a well-loved restaurant. Peter was our server – he was very kind and attentive and was able to make adjustments for us for allergies of some of our group. We went with the Yo Adrian, Everybody Loves Raymond, and Sunrise Rolls, as well as the A-5 Miyazaki Wagyu Portobello Gyoza. All of the sushi was great but we would have to say that the Everybody Loves Raymond roll was our favorite. We would recommend Oku if you’re looking for fresh sushi in a stylish environment. They offer a variety of Asian fusion dishes and rooftop dining, as well.
