Peter’s Pancakes & Waffles

From 6:30 am to 2 pm the syrup flows freely at Peter’s Pancakes & Waffles and as the sign outside proclaims, it is “something to crow about.”  We grabbed a table overlooking the Oconaluftee River and watched the rainy morning outside. A delicious breakfast on a road-trip certainly provides fuel for adventure so finding this little jewel was a treat.
