Pop Pop's Paleta - Roadtripzee

We stopped into Pop Pop’s Paleta for a little nightcap treat while staying on Coronado Island, and it was the perfect way to end the day. If you’re not familiar (we weren’t either!), paletas are basically gourmet popsicles but creamier and richer than your normal popsicle.

We loved their variety of flavors, but in the end, we went with the Dubai Chocolate (because aren’t we all these days?). We had the option to dip it in dark chocolate – which we obviously did – and it was absolutely the right call.

If you’re looking for a sweet, low-key treat while in San Diego, we definitely recommend stopping by. They’ve got a few locations around the city, so keep an eye out!
