Something Cheesy

Something Cheesy has all the cheeses you could ever imagine – over 50 actually. They melt beautifully on the delicious sandwiches that they offer. For lunch, we had the Jalapeño Popper Sandwich and the charcuterie board, of course. The board included several types of cheese, cold cuts, jams, nuts, fruits, and a few other treats. They have a variety of chips and a cooler of drinks you can choose from to accompany your food. Along with meals, they have a large section of merchandise for purchase – pickled items, olives, sauces, pastas, meats, wooden boards, and, obviously, cheese. We appreciated that they even had a horseradish cheese – that’s not a common one to find.

If you’re staying at a nearby short-term rental, Something Cheesy would be a no-brainer stop to stock up your snack selection. They’re located on Shelbyville’s Main Street so there’s not a shortage of more to see nearby.
