Breakfast on the Bayou Saint John is a fun way to fuel up for a day on the coast – for us, it was at Tacky Jack’s. If breakfast starters are for you, we suggest the beignets. Their Jack Bennies are highly recommendable. We also tried their shrimp omelette – doesn’t that sound right for breakfast on the Gulf?

Tacky Jack’s is a hot spot for all three meals of the day with limited indoor and loads of outdoor seating on the water.
