Terrazul Mexican Grill

Terrazul, translates to blue Earth in English – which is a nod to our beloved bluegrass of Kentucky. The thoughtfulness that the owners used in choosing their name, you will also find on your plate at Horse Cave’s newest restaurant. 

Our meal with them started with their come tortilla soup and it honestly could have also stopped there. It was so well seasoned and the fresh toppings were just a perfect addition to the flavors that had been built in the broth. 

Our entrees were well seasoned and delicious as well. And should we have also ordered dessert? Probably not, but we are SO glad we did. 

Do NOT miss out on their sopapilla and tres leches.
