The Butterfly Farm – Aruba

I am an avid butterfly fan, so a trip to Aruba’s The Butterfly Farm in Noorad was always in the cards. This is a very unassuming destination upon arrival, but once inside the large mesh enclosure you are instantly surrounded with fluttering exotic butterflies in all sizes and colors. The minimal entrance fee includes an educational guided tour, but also a free return pass for the duration of your vacation, so repeat visits are encouraged during your stay. We lingered for over an hour walking around the grounds and sitting on the benches getting lost in watching the butterflies; such beautiful sights and nearly impossible to photograph, as they were chasing each other around like a game of tag! My daughters each had a butterfly land on them, which is a sign of good luck.
