The Lodge at Mammoth Cave reopens

The New Lodge at Mammoth Cave National Park

After a long year and a half of renovations, The Lodge at Mammoth Cave is once again open and more beautiful than ever. A vaulted wood ceiling greets visitors on both sides of the lodge and welcomes them inside for food, rest, coffee, and shopping.

The Lantern Cafe is inside The Lodge and is now open! One of their specialty items is the Mammoth Pretzel. It is mammoth-sized! They also offer pizza, burgers, wraps, hot dogs, pulled pork, and typically 8 different rotating seasonal flavors of local ice cream from Chaney’s Dairy.

The Lantern Cafe is open Daily 8:30 to 4:30 for the winter.

Soon to be open are four ADA rooms in The Lodge
