Three Forks Bakery & Brewing

Three Forks Bakery & Brewing is a Nevada City favorite. Fresh baked goods, meals made from local ingredients, wood-fired pizza, an espresso bar, and beer brewed in-house – that’s what you get at Three Forks. We absolutely love their sandwiches here. Much of their menu is rotating since they rely on local produce, but what we have had has been top notch. A seasonal ham and cheese is one of the top sandwiches we’ve ever had. It was definitely not your typical ham and cheese – homemade bread, shishito peppers – so delicious. We’ve also enjoyed their version of a grown up PB&J with hazelnut and pecan butters and fresh peaches in lieu of jelly. Mostly recently, we tried a lamb sandwich. It was juicy, flavorful, and perfect for a weekend lunch.
