Trident Coffee

We’ve always talked about how amazing it would be if coffee tastings were more of a thing – like wine or beer flights, but for coffee lovers. Turns out, that dream exists at Trident Coffee in Coronado (cue angelic music).

At their taproom, we got to sample a flight of four nitro cold brews – just half of the eight they have on tap! Each one had its own unique flavor, and its clear cold brew is where Trident really shines. Alongside their cold brews, they also serve up classic espresso drinks, creative specialty options, and even functional espresso drinks designed with wellness in mind.

It’s not just about the coffee, either. Trident keeps things nutrition-forward with gluten-free baked goods and healthy bites. We loved the protein donuts and refreshing açaí bowl.

The local community seems to love it here as well. If you’re in Coronado and want something a little different than your standard coffee shop stop, Trident Coffee Taproom is definitely worth a visit.
