Vibe Coffee

Vibe Coffee was awarded the best coffee shop in the state by Kentucky Living in 2025. They serve high-quality coffees, teas, a variety of food items, and display a deliciously filled case of treats.

The kid in us was delighted to see whipped cream with strawberry jelly on the menu, plus waffles. To be a bit responsible we shared the whip and jelly with an avocado bagel before heading into a day of Elizabethtown adventures.

Our team also loves Vibe’s acai bowls, energy bites, and Aztec mocha. This spot is full of life in the mornings and the right stop to soak up everything needed to begin a solid day of adventure.
