Whiskey Thief Distilling Co.

As the name suggests, Whiskey Thief Distilling Co. uses an industry standard whiskey thief to fill bottles and give tastings straight from a single barrel. The distillery is located in a large barn on beautiful farmland in Frankfort. This is where all the magic happens.

They offer tastings and often have live music, bonfires, and food trucks for visitors. We visited during their “Alcohol in Space” event where the Morehead College Science Department was set up. It was very neat. Cheers to reaching for the stars and bourbon!
