Ever wander into a place with surprises behind many doors? That is exactly what you’ll find at Oak & Match in Campbellsville, Kentucky. Door #1 leads you into the establishment, where you will be greeted with a well appointed bar of 307 bottles, as of last count.

Grab a seat at the bar and take some time to pour over the extensive THREE page cocktail menu – they gleaned many recipes from publications of the 1800’s so bring your sophisticated palate when you go. Having only been open since October of 2023 – they already have a legendary reputation for their old fashioned. We had to try it, we were not disappointed.

Ready to get back to the door thing? Just off to the side of the bar you’ll notice a glass door that leads you into a cedar lined humidor – stocked with a wide assortment of cigars. If you love the smell of cigar with your cedar – this is a delight for your senses.

Then, if you pay attention to another door just down the hall, you’ll notice it leads to their broom closet. Head inside and pull the broom, not the mop. You won’t find a spoiler here. That’s all we will say.

At the end of the hall is a simple exit door that often leads to the most delicious food truck options, just in case you get a little hungry after a great cocktail or your time in the broom closet.
