Steamboat Inn

We stopped at the lovely Steamboat Inn for breakfast during a 24-hour stay in Oregon’s Umpqua National Forest. This little inn was adorable – surrounded by the forest and right near the river. It was elegant and cozy and felt in touch with nature.

The dining room has beautiful views and attentive servers. We devoured the Biscuits and Gravy, Three Egg and Cheese Omelet, Loggers Hash, and Stuffed Brioche French Toast, along with their house-made bread and strawberry rhubarb jam. It was so delicious.

They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Reservations are requested. They also have a thoughtfully curated library lounge with a bar, books, games, and seating. Their river-view cabins are on our list to return to stay in one day.
