Wakefield-Scearce Galleries During the Holidays
For two years in a row now, we have immersed ourselves in the holiday spirit that is distinctly Kentucky-flavored at Wakefield-Scearce Galleries of Shelbyville. Their brilliant 15-foot-tall Christmas tree becomes the season’s focal point, framed by Tiffany blue walls and fine English antiques.
Throughout the galleries, you’ll find nearly thirty thoughtfully designed Christmas trees – each reflecting the spirit of the room they adorn. They are located at 525 Washington Street and are open until the end of the year Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Throughout the 2024 season, the Wakefield-Scearce will offer live entertainment. Here’s the currently published schedule, they may add more:
- November 15th: Henry County High School Choir
- November 22nd: Collins High School Band/Brass
- November 23rd: Tom Seacat, Sarabeth Farbee, Stanton Garr
- November 29th: Gene Wright
