West Meadow Farm

At West Meadow Farm, we were given a tour by Melanie who shared many wonderful details of the farm. They breed, raise, and train thoroughbreds, and do daily care for many horses. West Meadow hosts fundraisers for a variety of nonprofits throughout the year, as well.

The highlight of our time was interacting with their companion goats and yearlings. While on the lovely farm, we got to meet Craig Perret, the Kentucky Derby winning jockey of Unbridled and now a member of the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame.
